Can I book online?  
Yes, you can make a booking by completing our booking form. 

What is included in the property rental?
Accommodation as specified.
Local English or French-speaking staff.

Linen and towel supply except for pool towels, unless otherwise specified on villa profile.
Gas and electricity except for central heating and pool heating.
Initial supply of toilet paper, soap, a litre of drinking water & washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets.                                           
End-of-stay cleaning, unless otherwise specified in villa description.

Do I count children and toddlers when I calculate the rental cost?
Children over 2 years of age should be included when calculating the rental cost.
Only 1 toddler under 2 is permitted per cot.

Are cots and high chairs available?
We may provide 1 free cot and 1 free highchair in most villas if requested at reservation. If they are paid, we will notify you at the booking time. Additional cots and highchairs can sometimes be provided at the cost of 15€ per item per stay.

Can I hold a property while I decide if I want to book?
We can hold a property for up to 5 days to allow you time to make your decision.

Are towels and linen provided at the accommodation?
All bedroom and bathroom linen is provided, including cot linen, unless otherwise stated in property description. You will need to take your own pool/beach towels, unless otherwise stated on property profile.

Is end-of-stay cleaning included in the price?
Yes, final cleaning is included in the price of the rental.

Is an iron and ironing board provided?
Generally all accommodations have iron and ironing boards. 

Are hairdryers provided?
No, you will need to take your own, unless otherwise stated in property description.

Will I need to take travel adaptor plugs?
Yes, the accommodation will be fitted with local plug sockets so you will need to provide your own adaptors for any electrical items you bring with you.

If satellite TV is provided in the accommodation, which channels can I expect to receive?
It will be local satellite in the country that you are visiting. Limited English speaking channels are available. Please do not expect the usual satellite channels you receive at home.

Can you book golf green fees?
We are happy to book golf on your behalf. Please contact us.

Are transfers provided?
Transfers are not included in the cost of your rental. You should book transfers by yourself. Please ask us for contacts of transfer companies.

Can you arrange a chef and/or extra maid service during our stay?
We can sometimes arrange for a chef or a maid, depending on the area. Please contact us for details.

Do all properties have a private swimming pool? 
Yes, the swimming pool is in most cases for your exclusive use.
When it is a shared swimming pool, it will be specified in house description.

When is pool heating available?
Heated pools are only available when stated in villa description and a charge will be incurred for this facility.
Most pools are electrically heated, some are solar-heated, and water temperature will depend on the weather conditions. If you require a property with a private heatable pool (subject to availability), please inform us at the time of booking.

When is house heating available?                                                                                                                                                                                                                     House heating is only available when stated in villa description. A charge will be incurred for this facility, which may be payable locally or on your booking invoice. If you require a property with a house heating option (subject to availability), please inform us at the time of booking.

What time can I check in and check out?
You can check in after 4 pm and check out by 10 am. In some cases, housekeeping may still be going on after 4 pm, and we ask our guests to show understanding. If you have early or late flights we will try to be flexible. Please contact us.

Is there flexibility with setting arrival days, times and duration of holidays?
In peak season, usually from the end of June to the end of August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday are required. In case you would like a different arrival or departure day, we will try to be flexible. Please, request at reservation. We can arrange for short breaks or long weekends in many of our villas. The rent will be charged for a minimum of four nights.

How do I secure the booking of a property? 
We require you to pay a 30% booking deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If you book within 8 weeks of the departure date, payment must be made in full. You can pay by bank transfer or by card.

Do you accept Visa or MasterCard? 
Yes, we accept credit cards.

When is my balance due and how can I pay?
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival and you can pay by bank transfer or by card.

I want to cancel my holiday, what do I do and what will be the charge?
All cancellations must be made in writing and signed by head booker.
You will be liable for the appropriate cancellation charge set out below:
Cancellation after the accommodation is booked: 30% of the agreed rent;
Cancellation between 56 days and 42 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed rent; 
Cancellation between 42 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed rent.

What is a security deposit for and when is it refunded? 
We hold a security deposit against damages on all villa reservations. You pay it with the balance and we refund it automatically approximately 1 week after you leave. Owners or local managers may claim damages within 1 week of your departure. We always investigate and approve claims before we make a deduction. The security deposit is refunded the same way it is paid. For example, if you pay by credit card, we credit the money back on to your card.

How will we locate the property? 
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you directions explaining how to locate the property.

Where will I collect the keys to my accommodation?
We use 3 systems of access to our properties: either our representative will hand a key to you, you'll use a master lock, or you'll find a key in a safe in front of the villa. We will send you details as soon as your booking is confirmed.

If I encounter a problem at the property, who do I call?
All properties featured on our website have English or French-speaking managers. We will send you your villa manager's cellular number once your booking is confirmed.  You should, in the first instance, contact your villa manager if you encounter any problem. Failing that contact, we’ll assist you in resolving the matter. 

Are pets allowed?
Pets are generally not permitted although, one or two villas may accept a well-behaved dog, subject to prior confirmation.
