The lovely Villa Barlavento III is a waterfront villa within a walking distance from the beach and close to the centre of Albufeira. The house has a pleasant garden and private swimming pool overlooking the sea, making this place an idyllic spot to spend an unforgettable vacation.

Albufeira town is just a stone's throw away, and there's a pedestrian access to the beach down a cool ravine, flanked by a curtain of bougainvillea, pine trees and cork oaks.
The beach is framed by cliffs in warm colours that have been polished by the sea. These rock formations provide beachgoers with a series of inlets and sheltered nooks.
From the eastern end of the beach, there is a footpath that runs along the cliff tops to the beach at Olhos d’Água, giving walkers the chance to enjoy unique views over the coastline.

Vanskelig å sove når temperaturen lå rundt 30 grader. Litt irriterende at nabohundene bjeffet hver gang det gikk et menneske forbi. Men bortsett fra dette hadde vi det veldig fint. |

We had a fabulous time staying for a week at Villa Barlavento III. Praia Maria Luisa is a great beach literally out of the house past a couple of houses and down the steps. The area is so quiet and relaxing but within walkinh distance of a big supermarket and restaurants. The pool in the villa was clean and refreshing. The garden is maintained beautifully. The house itself was spotless – beautifully clean bathrooms and kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with glasses, dishes and cooking pots etc. Thank you for the welcome wine! I cannot recommend the services of Allure Villas more highly. The quick response times to emails, friendly and professional staff and service when we were there was excellent. We would happily go back to this property. |

Wir waren mit vier Paaren für zwei Wochen in der Villa. Das Haus liegt in einer wirklich ruhigen Lage, in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Meer. Der Blick aufs Meer morgens beim Frühstück, herrlich. Die Villa besitzt vier Schlafzimmer, eines davon ist ein Durchgangszimmer, das man auch durch einen separaten Eingang erreichen kann. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, die Handtücher wurden einmal gewechselt und es wurde einmal geputzt. Garten und Pool wurden mehrfach gereinigt. Uns hat es wirklich gut gefallen, allerdings müssten mal kleinere Schönheitsreparaturen vorgenommen werden. Die Zimmer riechen etwas muffig, aus dem Kanal stinkt es. Das separat erreichbare Zimmer kann schlecht belüftet werden, es ist immer etwas feucht im Zimmer. |

Great location close to Marie Louisa beach and not too far a walk to the bars/restaurants in Olhos. Villa is set amongst other large villas in a residential area. We were 4 adults and a baby and see more

Great location close to Marie Louisa beach and not too far a walk to the bars/restaurants in Olhos. Villa is set amongst other large villas in a residential area. We were 4 adults and a baby and found it spacious; max quoted the size of the villa for 8 adults and 2 children would be interesting. Outside area with pool is great for dining and sunbathing and elevated view over the lower villas and sea. We arrived in 35 degrees June heat and found the villa hot at night so it really needs air conditioning rather than a collection of pretty warn out fans. |
