The villa is even better than the pictures show. It was perfect for our group of 9 adults ranging from 25-80 yrs old. Everyone had a fantastic double en-suite room. The appliances were all top end and the kitchen hsee more

The villa is even better than the pictures show. It was perfect for our group of 9 adults ranging from 25-80 yrs old. Everyone had a fantastic double en-suite room. The appliances were all top end and the kitchen had all the crockery and utensils we needed. The pool was beautiful (but chilly to get into) and having a heated hot tub made our week. There are a few shops including bakery just a 5 mins walk. We used Uber to get the nearest Aldi for our big shops. We also used Uber to get to Lisbon and the beach. Both Uber and Bolt were available and cheap to get around -so glad we didn’t go for car hire. 14/09/24 |

It was a lovely villa to stay for a week with family and there was thirteen of us all together. Various ages from adults to the youngest 10 year old. It was very clean and tidy. The children loved the pool. Beach was less than 5 minutes drive away tosee more

The children loved the pool. Beach was less than 5 minutes drive away too with lovely restaurants. The only thing which would have been good if there was an outside dinner area for all of us to eat but I’m guessing trying to fit one in with a ping pong table is hard. All of us enjoyed using the ping pong table too. We used Ubers to get into Lisbon which wasn’t too expensive. All together we had a lovely family holiday and the place was excellent for all of us.

A Fantastic Week at a Unique Villa My friends and I recently spent a week at this incredible villa, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. The villa's location is fantastic, providing easy access to both the stunning beaches and the vibrant city of Lisbon. Although Lisbon is about a 25 to 30-minute drive away, getting there was a breeze with the fast and affordable Uber services. Travel convenience was definitely not an issue. The villa itself is a blend of beauty and unique design, especially with its distinctive pool area. It offers fantastic amenities, including a lovely barbecue area perfect for evening gatherings. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary appliances for any kind of cookingdrink-making you might need. The place was spotless, and the villa manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rental company was also easy to work with, making our entire stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall I would recommend this villa.

High-quality equipment, super convenient, everything was there and more... e.g. canvas with a projector for watching football, table tennis keys for the table tennis table (which, by the way, could be converted into a table), enough glasses and dishes, etc. The villa manager Fernanda was also always available and was very nice. Only a little sad we were not allowed to use the built-in coffee machine, but only a capsule machine and a conventional coffee machine. At the price, the coffee machine should already be in it. Not only did we receive a lovely welcoming gift, the house was well supplied. The pool and hot tub were perfect additions for ending our days of sightseeing and exploring. The grounds were gorgeous, and the smell of jasmine greeted us each morning. Fernanda was a phenomenal host manager, who went far beyond our expectations of providing solutions to every need we had. She responded positively and immediately to any request we had. We would return every year for the rest of our lives if we could!

We couldn’t hear anyone downstairsin their bedrooms. Location was a little far from town but ubers were always available within 5-10 minutes! All in all would highly recommend and was great for the value and space!

Villa Alba was hands down one of the most comfortable holidays I have had in years! It is the definition of PURPOSE BUILT! Fully equipped with everything you need and in the most organised way. Everything is right where you expect it to be with a little more. From basic needs such as kitchen utensils and first aid box to more interesting details like under floor heating (in the sunken lounge), automatic remote controlled window blinds everywhere, and a massive projector for cinema movie time experience. Not to forget that the rooms are ALL ENSUITE! So nice to have your own toilet/bathroom.
The house is situated in a quiet residential location, 5 minutes walk from local stores and it was very easy to get Ubers to Lisbon central (appx. 30 minutes away). Further more, like any good accommodation, there is a folder full of helpful recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. I love the interactions we had with all involved, from the booking agents to the host. Whenever we had questions, we got quick answers and when there was a need, someone showed up at the door within minutes! We experienced very good customer service. Our next trip to Lisbon definitely has to be right back hereanother villa owned/recommended by this same host! Outstanding! |

A fantastic house and fully mod con. Great facilities which make you feel like you’re in holiday. Very relaxing. Lovely beaches 5 mins away with nice restaurants. Supermarkets also 5 mins away. You will need a car. Will definitely go back.

The house was incredible. Booked the place for a group of 12 international guests. We all loved the space because the rooms were spacious, each bedroom had an en-suite, perfect for entertaining and love the location which is 10 minsee more

The villa looks even better than in the pictures! We enjoyed our time there a lot. The location is perfect because you have many sport (Paddel, Golf, tennis) activities around, the beach is 8 min with the car and the ride to the centre of Lisboa is 2see more
