Villa Alva is a modern, sugar cube-shaped holiday villa located on the increasingly popular Lisbon Coast.
Set over two levels, the contemporary-style villa features comfortable bedding and sitting, a modern kitchen with plenty of prep space and appliances. The focal point, however, is at the rear, where a covered patio area provides the ideal alfresco dining spot or a place to sit with a morning coffee. It benefits from being next to a wall, which provides shelter and a sense of privacy.
An array of blue flag-awarded beaches, known for their golden-soft sand and water sports facilities, are only a short car ride away.

There were a lot of flies around the outside BBQ area so we could eat outside. I did ask why and was told flies are common during the hot weather but we had friends staying in 4 villas nearby and they didn't have that problem. I think the area may hasee more

The contact to the Allure stuff was very efficient via WhatsApp and left no questions unanswered. However, it is evident that this is an investment property and not a privately rented residence run with heart. |

The green artificial turf has deteriorated quite a bit, which makes the outdoor area appear a little worn.
The electric gate at the driveway was nonfunctional and could be opened by anyone without a key.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette magnifique villa ! Tout était parfaitement propre et bien entretenu. La maison ne manquait absolument de rien, tout était à disposition pour rendre notre séjour agréable. À notre arrivée, nous avons même été accueillis avec un petit cadeau, ce qui a été une attention très appréciée. La personne en charge de la gestion a été extrêmement réactive et disponible à chaque fois que nous avions une question ou besoin d'assistance. À noter qu'il n'y a pas de micro-ondes, mais le four est parfaitement fonctionnel, ce qui ne nous a pas posé de problème. Je recommande vivement cette location et n'hésiterai pas à revenir !
