Villa Maria is located within the private condominium of Herdade da Aroeira, in close proximity to the Arriba Fóssil Natural Park, a protected natural area of recognized scenic value. It is a peaceful retreat, away from the urban pace, yet strategically located just a few minutes from the beaches of Costa da Caparica and a short distance from Lisbon. The surrounding area is particularly appreciated by families, nature lovers, and golf enthusiasts.
With contemporary architecture, Villa Maria was designed to make the most of its location and excellent sun exposure. Large glass surfaces ensure a constant connection with the outdoors, allowing natural light to flow throughout the house and enhance every space.
